EDGAR FILINGS
“Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval”, EDGAR for short, is the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission document submission system.
EDGAR requires specialized filing software. The system will only accept EDGAR ASCII or HTML files. PDFs can accompany the electronic files; however the SEC does not consider them official documents.
CanaGlobe offers filing services to SEC EDGAR filers. We’ve invested in premium filing software, which preserves formatting and allows for a quick turn-around.
We are also complete filings for insiders who are required to disclose trades to the SEC.
We accept your filings by e-mail in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and will convert to HTML or ASCII, as requested. For your convenience, we accept filings up to 2:00 p.m. MT on any business day for the same day submission.
