HOW DO I CONVERT & FILE MY DOCUMENTS TO EDGAR?
This can be a very labour-intensive process, one that requires specialized software to complete.
CanaGlobe can help by converting and formatting your Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents into acceptable EDGAR ASCII or HTML files. Although EDGAR considers PDF versions to be “unofficial copies” we can file them in conjunction with your ASCII or HTML documents.
The time to convert depends on the length and content of your documents. We convert and file most on the same day. The exception is large files of 50 or more pages. In these instances, contact us to discuss the timing.
To complete the filing of your documents you must provide us with the CIK and CCC the SEC assigned to your company.
